Prescriptions – How to order
SystmOne Online
You can order your repeat prescriptions via our online services. You will need a username and password for this, contact us if you do not have one. Click TPP SystmOnline.
In Person or Post
Complete your Repeat Slip by ticking or underlining the items needed, then drop this into our 'Prescription Box' in Surgery or post it to our address.
NHS App
You can order medication via the NHS App

Social Prescribing
The Practice works with a Social Prescribing Team, who can help patients with any non-clinical support they need.
Up to 12 weeks non-clinical support to promote independence , build connections, and improve Health and Wellbeing.
This Service is for:
- People who are not already engaging with a specialist service in secondary care.
This Service is not suitable for:
- People with current substance misuse which is their primary issue.
- Current psychosis or psychotic episodes
For these issues, please contact your existing support teams or arrange an appointment with us at the Practice.
Please Note: Our Team can support anyone over the age of 18. However, if you are under 18 and need help, please contact the Practice and speak to a Clinician.
You can book an appointment by calling the Surgery to make an appointment, or sending a message via AccuRx if preferred. You may also be referred by a Clinician if they feel this service may help you.
