Prescriptions – How to order
SystmOne Online
You can order your repeat prescriptions via our online services. You will need a username and password for this, contact us if you do not have one. Click TPP SystmOnline.
In Person or Post
Complete your Repeat Slip by ticking or underlining the items needed, then drop this into our 'Prescription Box' in Surgery or post it to our address.

Register to Join the Practice Online
We are using a new online service called FIND A GP ONLINE that makes it easy to register with this GP surgery. You can also use the map found HERE to see if you address is within our catchment area.
Just fill in this quick online form to start the process. You do not need proof of address or immigration status, ID or an NHS number.
The service is designed and run by the NHS, so your personal information is safe. It cuts our administrative workload and makes it easier for you to register.
Paper forms are still available if you need one.
Please note we only take patients on within post code areas DN2, DN3 and some of DN1 and DN4. If you are unsure if you can register with us, please speak to Reception for more details.
